Join us the 2nd Tuesday of every month for a unique dining experience with Head Brewer, Aaron Swink! 

Dinner with the Brewmaster is a special "behind-the-scenes" atmosphere where guests will dine in The Barrel Room of The Speakeasy. Each guest will enjoy 4 courses created and served by Head Chef Mike Blood and 5 pairings of Canton Brewing Company's beer made in-house!

The dinner begins at 6:00 pm with a charcuterie board and a specially chosen "Welcome Beer". Tickets are $50 per person (gratuity included). Advance registration and payment are required and space is limited to 16 guests, so make sure to reserve your seats as soon as possible!

  • Stuffed with cheddar, bleu cheese, and sausage with charred tomato sauce
  • Paired with Bulldog Black Ale

2. Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Served with an herb hollandaise
  • Paired with Kasper Gose

3. Goat Cheese Fritto

  • Served with blueberry hazelnut compote  
  • Paired with Vis Vitae American IPA 

4. Chilean Flank Steak 

  • Chipotle rubbed flank steak with chimmichurri 
  • Paired with Tuscora Pilsner

5. French Toast
