Join us the 2nd Thursday of every month for a unique dining experience with Head Brewer, Aaron Swink! 

Dinner with the Brewer is a special "behind-the-scenes" atmosphere where guests will dine in The Barrel Room of The Speakeasy. Each guest will enjoy a beautiful meal created and served by Head Chef Mike Blood and 5 pairings of Canton Brewing Company's beer made in-house!

The dinner begins at 6 p.m. with a charcuterie board and a specially chosen "Welcome Beer." Tickets are $50 per person (gratuity included). Advance registration and payment are required, and space is limited to 16 guests, so make sure to reserve your seats as soon as possible!

  • Crab-stuffed mushrooms with lemon Hollandaise
  • Potstickers with spicy peanut sauce
  • BBQ tri-tip sliders with slaw
  • Marinated flank steak with Brussles sprouts and red skin potatoes
  • Cheese cake with whipped cream and blueberry compote
